«سحب جنسية طارق السويدان ومن حصل عليها بالتبعية في الكويت»

نشرت جريدة «الكويت اليوم» في عددها الرسمي مرسوماً أميريًا برقم 227 لسنة 2025، يقضي بسحب الجنسية الكويتية من طارق السويدان.

جاء المرسوم الصادر بتوقيع أمير البلاد، الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح، بناءً على عرض النائب الأول لرئيس مجلس الوزراء ووزير الداخلية، وبعد موافقة مجلس الوزراء.

نص القرار

وفقًا لنص القرار، تسحب الجنسية الكويتية من طارق محمد الصالح السويدان، إضافة إلى كل من اكتسب الجنسية معه بالتبعية.

The newspaper “Kuwait Today” published an official issue containing an Amiri decree numbered 227 for the year 2025, which stipulates the revocation of Kuwaiti citizenship from Tariq Al-Suwaidan.

Details of the Decree

The decree was issued with the signature of the Amir of the country, Sheikh Mishal Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, based on a proposal from the First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and after the approval of the Cabinet.

Text of the Decision

According to the text of the decision, Kuwaiti citizenship is revoked from Tariq Mohammed Al-Salih Al-Suwaidan, in addition to anyone who acquired citizenship with him by extension.
